Recycling center

   Americans have very serios attitude to Recycling System. It's important, because it has many advantages. Firstly, this system is safe for environment, secondly, American goverment has an oppotunity to economize money. At the Recycling Center there are special containers for each type of trash. It's nessesary for raw material to go through it's type for recycling. For example, workers make new plastic and glass bottles of used ones, and it's not required for some additional expenditure.

   I think, this Recycling System is good, and I hope that exchange programme "Progect Harmony" will give us an opportunity to use this experience in our country too.

   Plastic.

   Plastic appeared in Russia not so long ago, but it made for us problems. But, it's clear that plastic can be recycled. The Togliatti's science enterprize "Ecologic" created the group of scientists, who were working exactly on this topic.

   The system of making tile of used plastic worked out. Plastic combines with sand and some other binding components. The temperature of formation is 300 C. Then small tile plates were prodused. This tile has many advantages. It can endure high temperatures and it can be used for many years and it,s cheaper than usual tile. So, as you can guess, plastic can go from the garbage to the departments soon
